Player Bio

Lane Miller is a rare combination of speed and power that is hard to find at any level. Over his first two varsity seasons at Scott City, Lane has posted a .387 career batting average with an OPS north of 1.060 — numbers that reflect his ability to do damage at the plate consistently.

His power shows up in the slugging column — .558 as a freshman and .506 as a sophomore — while his speed is evident on the bases with 21 stolen bases across two years. Lane doesn't just get on base, he makes things happen once he's there.

As a versatile defender with a .962 career fielding percentage, Lane gives coaches the flexibility to plug him in wherever they need him most. Off the field he backs it up in the classroom, earning Academic All-State honors as a sophomore.
